1. How do you earn rewards on your purchases?

To earn rewards, you must have a HIFIMAN store account and log in when placing orders with us.

HIFIMAN Store members can earn: 

10% back in member rewards, awarded as points. You will receive one point for every $10 spent on your previous purchase. Every 1 point = $1.00 when redeeming coupons at store.hifiman.com for eligible purchases.

2.How are points earned issued to your account?

Points are earned after the completion of your purchases, 50 days after placing the orders. If you have returns or refunds, points will be deducted from your total points balance. If returns or refunds exceed the points earned from purchases, it may result in a negative points balance. In such cases, you can continue making purchases with your account to rebuild your balance.

We have already credited your account with corresponding points based on your order history from January 1, 2023.

3. How do you view your earned points?

You can view your available points and coupon redemption history by visiting your HIFIMAN account on the Account Dashboard page.

4. How do you redeem points on your account?

You can redeem your points for exclusive coupons. To claim your reward points, go to My Account and select Account Dashboard. You can use your coupon codes at checkout to instantly save on eligible purchases.

Note: There are no maximum limits on points.
